We were established to provide genuinely independent asbestos compliance advice — without the conflicts of interest that can arise when the same organisation both advises on compliance and carries out the remediation work.
Why We Were Established
Many organisations have asbestos surveys and management plans in place — but still struggle to demonstrate effective asbestos compliance. Documentation becomes outdated. Management plans are filed away rather than actively implemented. Asbestos registers are not kept current. Annual re-inspections are missed. Staff are unaware of their responsibilities.
In many cases, this is not through any lack of care. It is simply because asbestos compliance is a specialist area, and most organisations do not have the in-house expertise to manage it effectively on an ongoing basis.
Asbestos Compliance Consultants Ltd was established to address this gap — providing genuinely independent asbestos compliance advice and support to help organisations understand, demonstrate and maintain compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
Because we do not carry out asbestos surveys, removal or laboratory analysis, our advice is never influenced by a commercial interest in the work itself. Our focus is entirely on helping our clients meet their legal obligations.

This means our recommendations are based solely on what is right for your organisation — not on what generates additional work for us. Asbestos Compliance Consultants Ltd was founded by an experienced asbestos professional with practical industry experience in asbestos surveying, asbestos analysis and asbestos compliance.
Having worked with organisations across a wide range of sectors—including care homes, schools, churches, charities and commercial premises—we understand the practical challenges duty holders face in managing asbestos effectively.
Our approach combines technical knowledge with clear, practical advice that helps organisations understand, demonstrate and maintain compliance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
